If something is not working as expected, if you have a question about your account or a generation, or if you need to report a safety concern, this page explains how to reach the team and what information helps us respond quickly.

Who should use this during closed beta

This support channel is for invited beta users with active ScriptLife accounts. If you do not yet have an account, there is no public sign-up available at this time.


Common issue categories

Account and access

Problems signing in, missing trial credits, or questions about your closed-beta invitation.

Script generation

A generation that failed, produced unexpected results, or did not complete. Include the script title or any error message you saw.

Playback and rehearsal

Audio not playing, mode toggle not working, or rehearsal mode not loading the expected characters.

Sharing and Youth Safe

Problems with share links, passcode access, or Youth Safe moderation flags. If this involves a safety concern about content shown to young performers, please also see our abuse reporting page.

Billing and credits

Questions about credit usage or the trial grant. During the closed beta, trial access is provided via a credit grant rather than a public checkout flow.


What to include when reporting a problem

The more context you share, the faster we can help. Where possible:

  • Describe what you were trying to do and what happened instead
  • Include the script name or generation ID if applicable
  • Note which browser and device you are using
  • Mention whether the issue happens every time or only sometimes
  • If you saw an error message, copy the text or include a screenshot

Current response expectations

During the closed beta, the ScriptLife team reviews reports regularly but does not operate a staffed support desk. We cannot promise a specific response time. Urgent safety concerns are prioritised ahead of feature questions.
